How To Write A Good Article

Hey Guys! How's it goin? Now, Today I wanted to show you how to write a good article. Now you might be wondering if what I'm about to teach you (I know I'm not a school teacher but I always wanted to say that!) is either totally irrelevant to your online business goals or is not a skill you are very fond of because writing sucks like a**. But, I will tell you now before you even think of leaving this blog post that learning how to write a good article is
  • Not very hard when you finally learn it from me (Oh and by the way, I use to have a Ph.D in Writer's Block, A Master's In Grammatical Errors, I was literally on top of my game in suck-a** writing... Pretty Impressive... But that's not important cuz I will show you why in just a minute.)
  • Essential to establishing yourself as an authority in your particular industry, whether in any particular niche like dog training, parrot training, etc.
So let us get down to business! (Man, I really got to start conjugating some words automatically. I'm startin' to sound like a big nerd!)

Now, establishing yourself as an authority in the eyes of your market comes from two things. But one of those things I want to discuss with you is giving your market, your list, your audience, or even the future love of your life alot of value. Give them what they want before you get what you want! And that can be through high quality content, like a video or an article.

To create high quality content is to teach high quality lessons. Now remember this saying from the wise man himself:

Teaching Sells!

If you can teach someone, let us say, a 10 year old how to build an atomic bomb, you have created a high quality lesson (For the violent 10 year old in this case). And thus, you have created high quality content! That's all! Teaching sells!

So, learning how to write a good article comes from learning to teach someone in your market how to (blank). People are on the internet to be educated. And those who can educate people online are considered an authority, someone in a particular industry who knows their stuff and is willing to teach it to others. Remember to give in order to get. But give them value. Not crap!

But still, you might feel like you're not a good teacher. So here are two awesome suggestions for you, my friend:
  • Stop saying that you are not a good teacher! I don't want to hear that crap! Fact is, if you can teach someone in your family how to tie a shoe, then you can teach! Have the mindset of a good teacher. See yourself as a good teacher!
  • If you have trouble teaching something, that is because you have not learned that 'something'. So, I suggest to you that if you are going to establish yourself as an authority, learn from the authority figures in your industry, and teach what you've learned to your niche market. That simple!
